Grammar: What is this????This is a…/ This is an…. 

• We use an: when the first letter beggins with a vowel (a,e,u,i,o) Example: This is an apple, this is an onion, this is an orange etc
• We use a: with all the other letters, consonants. Example: This is a carrot, this is a lemon, this is a pear etc

Vocabulary:

Spoon, knife, fork, cup, glass, jug, basket, plate, bowl, jar

Speaking: Answering questions. What can we do with a knife? What can we put inside a bowl? What is the difference between an apple and an orange?What is this? What does an onion and a carrot have the same’ (in common)
